Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property. You will work with the Community Manager to set goals, lead the leasing team, and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and retention initiatives.

The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, and knowledge of housing laws and OSHA standards. Prior housing industry experience is preferred at a Bachelor’s level or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and setting leasing goals with the Community Manager.
• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective and leases are signed with proper documentation.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; monitor leasing and renewal progress.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget.
• Implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and maintain occupancy targets.
• Supervise leasing/renewal events and conduct weekly market surveys.
