Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and staff leadership at the property. You will work closely with the Community Manager to hit occupancy budgets and develop strategic marketing plans aimed at driving traffic and renewals.

The role requires managing a leasing team, ensuring effective lease processing, and maintaining resident relations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and housing industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; housing industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and on-site marketing planning.
• Lead leasing team and ensure effective lease signings and documentation.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing retention programs.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns to drive occupancy.
• Supervise staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee customer service, service requests, and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor market conditions and complete weekly market surveys.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Education
