Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals to maximize occupancy.

You will market properties, engage with prospective and current residents, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure a quality living experience.

Required at least one year of residential leasing/management and experience with a property management system such as Yardi; strong customer service skills a must.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Market properties and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other teams for move-in readiness.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure timely renewal paperwork.
