Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Pleasant Hill, CA. The role oversees apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while driving marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position emphasizes outstanding customer service, organization, and collaboration with maintenance and property teams to deliver a quality living experience. A valid driver’s license and compliance with safety policies are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems.
• Experience with Yardi or another property management system.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Conduct training, facilitate meetings, and coach leasing consultants for optimal performance.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure delivery to residents monthly.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect apartments prior to move-ins.
• Provide timely follow-up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email.
