Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Aurora, CO to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals. You will market properties and engage with prospective residents to achieve high occupancy and strong retention.

The role requires excellent customer service, MS Office proficiency, and experience with Yardi or similar PMS. A valid license and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with a revenue management system.
• Experience with Yardi or another property management system.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Market properties and engage with prospective residents.
• Aim for maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for better performance.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients.
• Assist with resident activities to boost retention.
