Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will work with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and craft a strategic plan to achieve budgeted occupancy. Lead the leasing team to deliver strong results and positive resident relations.

The role entails directing marketing efforts, budgeting, and ensuring staff performance through coaching and training. On-site leadership and a focus on customer service are essential for resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management; achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Lead leasing team and ensure effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns to generate traffic.
• Monitor leasing/renewals progress and report metrics to leadership.
• Supervise staff through training, coaching, and compliance with company policies.
