Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts, on-site marketing, and outreach programs at a Baton Rouge property. You will drive tours, convert prospects into residents, and manage renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Computer skills and math ability.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Serve as first point of contact for leasing inquiries; schedule tours.
• Develop and implement proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Aim for occupancy at maximum rates to ensure fiscal stability of the property.
• Review market surveys to stay informed on local markets.
• Walk model or market units daily to ensure readiness for presentations.
• Record all traffic and activity daily; maintain documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and notify of acceptance or rejection within 24 hours.
• Assist with hiring and training new leasing personnel.
