Qualifications

• Computer skills and math ability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels.
• Manage property licenses and the renewal process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of advertising programs.
• Respond to concerns/complaints from residents in a timely manner.
