Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic leasing professional to join our Baton Rouge property team. You will support day-to-day leasing operations, maintain occupancy, process applications, and coordinate renewals, inspections, and check-outs on-site.

The role demands strong customer service, organized record-keeping, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, are proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook, and are comfortable navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience requirement.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws relevant to leasing and property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to achieve high occupancy and manage renewals; mail renewal offers and track responses.
• Maintain accurate availability records aligned with lease renewal reports.
• Review and present rental applications to General Manager for approval.
• Coordinate property license renewals with legal counsel and city authorities.
• Assist with check-out processes, inspect vacated units and process final accounts.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient.
• Address resident concerns promptly to maintain good public relations.
• Support weekly reporting on property performance and assist with marketing programs.
