Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic leasing and sales professional to join our team. You will manage on-site leasing, marketing initiatives, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, following up with prospects, processing applications, and coordinating with property staff. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy.
• Serve as first contact for leasing inquiries; schedule tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Develop and implement proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Reach and maintain maximum occupancy at top rates to ensure the property’s fiscal stability.
• Assist with hiring and training new leasing personnel.
• General administrative duties such as filing and typing.
