Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, on-site marketing, and outreach initiatives at a Georgia property. You will lead tours, convert prospects to residents, and ensure high occupancy and stable revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Entrata knowledge is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy.
• Serve as first point of contact for leasing inquiries; schedule sales appointments, conduct tours.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain occupancy and ensure property fiscal stability.
• Walk models, prepare units for presentation, and record traffic daily.
• Follow up on applications and notify prospects of decisions within 24 hours.
• Record service requests and ensure accurate information.
• Assist with hiring and training leasing staff; handle general admin duties.
