Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive leasing, on-site marketing, and outreach efforts to maximize occupancy at our Baton Rouge property.

You will be responsible for servicing inquiries, scheduling tours, and converting prospects into residents while coordinating renewal initiatives and ensuring fiscal stability through competitive pricing and market awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.
• Computer skills and math ability.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Serve as first contact for leasing inquiries; schedule appointments and lead tours.
• Develop and implement proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain occupancy and optimize unit rates to support property finances.
• Review market surveys to stay informed about local markets.
• Walk model units daily to ensure readiness for presentations.
• Record all traffic and activity daily and follow up on leads.
• Assist with hiring and training leasing personnel and handle administrative duties.
