Job summary

Cardinal Property Management is seeking a Leasing Community Intern to support front desk leasing and resident services. You will participate in training programs, greet prospects, and guide them through the leasing process while assisting with event planning and community initiatives.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a temporary, non-exempt internship with hourly compensation and potential bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year of college study.
• Must maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher, verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Handle front desk tasks and leasing paperwork efficiently.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as needed.
• Greet prospects, answer calls, determine needs, and present the community.
• Assist with lease applications, file documentation, and audits.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and a professional attitude.
• Support planning of community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities including lock-outs and evening/weekend work.
