The position requires a customer-centric mindset, reliable attendance, and flexibility for day and after-hours on-call work at the assigned property.

• Provide feedback on sales barriers to management and execute engagement initiatives.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives.
• Assist with social media and messaging to engage customers.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
