The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Experience Team Member to join our onsite team at our Idaho property. This role blends customer service, sales support, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will engage with residents and prospective customers, conduct tours, assist with marketing initiatives, and help maintain a welcoming community environment. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer experience and sales activities, including tours of the community and amenities
• Give feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives per management guidance
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers
• Plan and execute customer experience and engagement initiatives and marketing opportunities
• Represent the community positively and professionally on and off-site
• Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages
• Assist with opening/closing, housekeeping of office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid timely resolutions
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness
