Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member at University Edge in Lansing, MI. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service within a fast-paced student housing environment.

You will engage customers, lead tours, support on-site operations and help plan community events while representing the property professionally. Availability for summer, holidays, and on-call shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours and prioritize customer interactions.
• Offer feedback on sales barriers and objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers.
• Help plan, promote, and execute customer experience and engagement initiatives.
• Represent the community positively and professionally at all times.
• Maintain general office and clubhouse cleanliness and organization.
• Log, file, and retrieve customer packages and support maintenance requests.
