ResProp Management seeks a customer-focused Leasing Agent to guide prospective residents from tour to move-in, highlighting features and closing leases while ensuring an excellent first impression.

You will market the property, support occupancy goals, and maintain accurate resident files and events. A strong registration in property management apps and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Tech savvy; able to learn and use property management applications.
• Strength in sales, leasing, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and inspecting apartments for a great move-in experience.
• Understand property features and match them to prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property creatively to increase traffic via online posts, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups to prospects and residents.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform potential residents.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Prepare lease documents and related files with attention to detail.
• Assist in planning resident events and support delinquent rent collection when needed.
