Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. On-site attendance and strong customer service are essential as you show units, qualify applicants, tour the community, and finalize leases.

You will manage leasing paperwork, assist with audits, maintain data, and support marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy while upholding fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up.
