Job summary

Responsibilities include meeting prospective residents, processing applications and leases, data accuracy in property software, pricing reviews, and staff training. Evening/weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a property or leasing team is required.
• Experience selling or leasing multifamily housing is required.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the leasing staff and motivate, develop and support the team.
• Meet with prospective residents, screen eligibility, show apartments, quote rents, process applications and deposits.
• Ensure accuracy of leasing data in property software and maintain occupancy reports and related records.
• Keep leasing office, models and apartments presentable; monitor pricing and competitive insights.
• Ensure move-ins are organized with packages and paperwork; manage keys and move-in materials.
• Train new leasing staff and enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor team closing ratios and occupancy, and drive toward budgeted goals.
• Support resident retention and handle day-to-day operations and customer service.
