Job summary

Sentinel Real Estate is seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant at The Gardens at Polaris Apartments in Columbus, OH. You will show and lease apartments, process applications and renewals, and provide excellent customer service to prospects and existing residents.

The ideal candidate has apartment industry experience, strong marketing and sales skills, and solid communication abilities. A current driver's license and computer skills are required; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Weekend hours required, part-time role.
• Ideal candidate has apartment industry experience.
• Strong marketing and sales skills; effective communication.
• Good interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficient computer skills; Yardi knowledge a plus.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist with renewal leases for existing residents.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to prospects and residents.
• Take rental applications, deposits, and process approvals.
• Answer inquiries by phone and online; follow up as needed.
• Support lease renewal process as directed by management.
• Maintain show models and office; ensure clean, presentable spaces.
• Inspect rent-ready units and overall community condition.
