Job summary

MERIDIAN AT GRANDVIEW in Columbus, OH is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing of all apartments, respond to calls, process paperwork, and support office staff. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy with strong customer service and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include showing units, greeting residents, maintaining files and occupancy data, and assisting in renewals while coordinating events as needed. Some travel and occasional weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible while maintaining customer service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enter data per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program.
• Greet new residents, show model and available vacancies, and assist move-ins.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required.
