The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. You will need high energy, reliability, and strong communication, including weekends.

• Encourage prospects to apply and guide them through the leasing process.
• Process applications, screening results, leases, and move-in documents.
• Maintain knowledge of properties, rates, promotions, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals and provide excellent service.
