Responsibilities include front desk duties, Cardinal Way of Leasing training, processing applications, and maintaining lease documentation. Evening and weekend work is required, with an ability to lift up to 40 lbs and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled accredited college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. GPA will be verified on an annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by greeting prospective clients, answering leasing calls, determining needs, presenting the community, and closing the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party leasing shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and various additional community projects.
