Job summary

Cardinal Group seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high-quality customer service to residents and support occupancy goals through retention, current availability, and pre-leasing of future units.

The role includes front desk duties, Cardinal Way of Leasing training, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, and assisting with community events, with about 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; annual verification.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork; pass Cardinal Way of Leasing training.
