Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, and be available about 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and present community and apartments professionally.
• Process lease applications and lease file paperwork; pass Cardinal leasing shops.
