Job summary

PTLA Real Estate Group Eugene is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident service in downtown Eugene, near the University of Oregon.

You will tour the community, manage leads from first contact to move‑in and renewal, support marketing efforts, and keep ads current online and in print.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Polished presentation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Proactive problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and internet savvy are expected.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds weekly revenue/leasing goals.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents and internal/external customers.
• Tours the community to prospective residents and explains amenities and floorplans.
• Supports marketing efforts and updates advertisements daily.
• Manages leads from first contact to move-in, then renewal.
• Ensures curb appeal and prepares market-ready apartments for showing.
• Performs market surveys by tracking direct competitors and market activity.
• Adheres to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Completes tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.
