Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail‑oriented Community Leasing Associate in Eugene, OR to drive leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move‑in packages to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, on‑site showings, data entry in OneSite/Yardi, and following policies for concessions and renewals. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Follow marketing plans, implement concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
