• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Showcase the community to prospective residents via tours of models and floorplans.
• Assist in marketing outreach and market the community to targeted audiences.
• Keep all advertisements current with accurate community information daily.
• Manage lifecycles of leads from first contact through move-in and renewal.
