Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate at a Eugene, Oregon community to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts, drive occupancy, and deliver resident satisfaction from move-in through lease renewal.

The role requires greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, preparing leases, and maintaining show units to Greystar standards, with on-site software like OneSite and Yardi.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to conduct tours, screen applications, process leases and move-ins.
• Knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal opportunities.
