Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Orlando to be the first impression for residents. You will manage tours, close leases, and move-ins while promoting community features aligned to customer needs.

You will drive renewals, implement marketing strategies, and support occupancy goals. Strong communication and hospitality experience help ensure exceptional resident experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Meets or exceeds sales and customer service goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and YieldStar preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and processing leases.
• Showcase community features to match customer needs.
• Ensure smooth renewal process with current residents.
• Create marketing and social media strategies to boost traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
• Use problem solving to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to inform residents.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and related files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team on resident events and other projects.
