Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred; OneSite/Yield Star knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Showcase community features to match customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to renewals and occupancy goals.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to support occupancy and retention.
