Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide information and onsite tours to prospects to lease apartments.
• Participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community and amenities; knowledge of vacancies and rental rates.
• Process resident communications, service requests, and relay to relevant teams.
