Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant in Sparks, NV. You will conduct onsite tours of the community and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent customer service to current residents.

Responsibilities include facilitating tours, staying up to date on unit specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates; processing resident communications via Yardi; and greeting clients in a friendly, compliant manner with Fair Housing in mind.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
