Mission Rock Residential is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant in Sparks, NV. You will engage with residents and prospects, explain lease terms, and support day-to-day property operations under the Property Manager's guidance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of screening criteria, rent collection, and move-in/out processes, with opportunities to grow within a people-first team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory surveys from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounts to identify unpaid balances; communicate with residents and enforce the lease for delinquent balances.
• Tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and share current vacancy, notices, and rental rates.
