Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and conduct on-site tours, aiming to lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding customer service to current residents.

You will actively participate in leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy, tour the community and vacancies, and handle resident communications with accuracy and courtesy. Stand to greet clients in a welcoming manner while upholding Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know current vacancies and rates.
• Process resident communications, enter requests into Yardi, and relay to the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, with Fair Housing compliance.
