Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Sparks, NV is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering exceptional service to current residents.

The role requires 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will handle resident communications, coordinate with the Service Team, and help maintain occupancy in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
