Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Sparks, NV. The role supports property managers, maintains strong resident relations, and ensures lease compliance and timely rent collection.

You will communicate with residents regularly, explain screening and lease processes, and help showcase community amenities to prospective tenants. A customer-service mindset and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws

Responsabilités

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Understand policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures; explain these items to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid/late fees; communicate with residents about balances; enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects; stay informed on apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
