Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Leasing Associate to assist prospective residents in finding ideal homes and provide exceptional customer service. You will conduct tours, build lasting relationships, and guide the leasing process from inquiry to move-in coordination.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset with the ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess needs of prospective residents to match with apartments.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and advantages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and address needs promptly.
• Manage leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leases and property information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competition.
