Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal home
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Identify needs of prospective residents and match with suitable apartments
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Develop and maintain relationships with current residents and address concerns
• Manage leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings
