Village Green is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents in finding their ideal homes and provide exceptional customer service to current tenants. The role involves property tours, needs assessment, and guiding applicants through the lease process.

The position requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of prospective residents and match them to suitable apartment homes.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current residents and address needs promptly.
• Manage the entire leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve sales targets through lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties.
