Village Green, a long-standing property management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents discover their ideal homes while delivering exceptional service to current tenants.

You will conduct tours, build lasting resident relationships, manage the entire leasing process, and collaborate with the property team to ensure smooth operations and high occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal home.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess needs of prospective residents to match with suitable homes.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current residents and address concerns.
• Manage leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with property management team for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information.
• Participate in community events and marketing to promote properties.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
