Village Green is seeking a dynamic Leasing Sales Consultant to drive apartment occupancy and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will handle showings, lead negotiations, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and maintain accurate paperwork while representing the company with professionalism.

In this fast-paced, sales-driven role you will collaborate with on-site teams, share weekly goals, mentor peers, and uphold fair housing policies.

Qualifications

Two years of leasing experience with multi-family.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with property management software (Yardi / One Site / MRI / SightPlan) is highly desired.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead Leasing Consultant responsibilities include leasing apartments, coordinating move-ins/outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and showings.
Ensure paperwork of current and prospective tenants is completed accurately and on time.
Conduct weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies; act as coach and mentor.
Represent Village Green at outside networking and social functions; adhere to fair housing policies.
