RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a Houston property. You will sign leases, assist applicants with applications, and coordinate showings while maintaining a positive resident experience.

This on-site role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours and gather lead information.
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits and explain procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close leases, and prepare move-ins; collect signatures.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Resolve resident issues promptly to promote retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
