Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at an on-site property. You will handle tours, qualifying prospects, and processing applications in line with Fair Housing practices.

You’ll also coordinate with maintenance, support social media efforts, and work to boost retention while meeting weekly goals and showing apartments to close leases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility.
• Address resident concerns promptly to support retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests.
