Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in sales and residential leasing preferred.

• Knowledge of leasing documentation and move-in processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours and convert interest into leases.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; maintain confidential files.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resident relations and coordinate maintenance and move-in/out needs.
