Capital Square Living is hiring a Living Consultant for Integra Vistas in Hixson, TN. You will drive leasing activities, coordinate move-ins, and deliver exceptional resident service while coordinating marketing and renewal strategies.

The role emphasizes leasing targets, resident satisfaction, and responsive problem solving, with commissions and comprehensive benefits. On-site schedule typically Monday–Friday with potential weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office familiarity.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and data, and manage resident information.
