Capital Square Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant for onsite roles in Knoxville, TN. You will welcome prospects, lead property tours, process applications, and assist with move-ins and renewals to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• School or GED (General Education Diploma).
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with MS Office Suite.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring smooth signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize Yardi to track availability, traffic and data.
