Qualifications

• School or GED (General Education Diploma) required.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude.
• Desire to exceed in a very competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare the lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies.
• Use on-site software (Yardi) to track availability and data.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
