Capital Square Living seeks a Leasing Consultant for Summit Place Townhomes in Oak Ridge, TN. You will be the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

This role combines sales activity with resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks and background screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions to support occupancy goals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and data.
