Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant at Summit Place Townhomes in Oak Ridge, TN. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and help residents move in. The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; Yardi Voyager experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and process applications.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any maintenance.
• Track listings, traffic and leasing activity using on-site software (Yardi) and maintain data quality.
